Guilherme Santos Silva

Guilherme Santos Silva joined Franco Zibaia in 2024 as a trainee lawyer.

 

Guilherme obtained his law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, in 2023, and completed, in the same year, a postgraduate course in Arbitration Law, from the Private Law Research Centre (CIDP) of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.

 

Guilherme also has a Masters in Public International Law (LL.M.) from Leiden University (2024), with a thesis entitled "Global Green Transition within Investor-State Arbitration: An Insight into the Protection of Fossil Fuel Investments under the Energy Charter Treaty and State's Compliance with Climate Change Obligations".
